Telangana,(R.santosh):Terasa Malkajgiri Parliamentary Incharge Marri Rajasekhar Reddy presented a  of understanding to State Finance Minister Harish Rao on the allocation of funds for development work under the Secunderabad Cantonment Board.

State Ministers Talasani Srinivas Yadav and Chamakura Mallareddy were present at a review meeting at the Aranya Bhavan chaired by Harish Rao.

He appealed to the state ministers to provide assistance to the state government in conjunction with the board members for the development of the cantonment. The Minister has taken the view of granting funds for the development of Cantonment on behalf of the State Government.

Malkajgiri Parliamentary Incharge Marri Rajasekhar Reddy & Board Members who thanked the Telangana State Government for their contribution to the development of the Cantonment which no State Government in the country has done.

The Ramannakunta pond development, the Patni Dranige issue, the reduction of water charges to meet drinking water requirements and other development programs were discussed at length.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Rajasekhar Reddy said that the state government has been working with integrity towards the development of the cantonment for the past few days. .

The event was attended by Cantonment CEOs Chandrashekhar, Ajit Reddy and other board members.
